Cancellation & Returns Policy
Cancellation within 72 hours of purchase
We understand that circumstances can change, and therefore, we offer a 72-hour cancellation window for all custom-made, limited-edition products. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 72 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. This applies to all orders for custom-printed LEGO minifigures and sets, including those featuring unique edition numbers and Certificates of Authenticity (COA) personalized with your details.

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will process your refund, and you will not be charged for the order.
Cancellation after 72 hours
Due to the nature of our products, which are custom-made to order and include unique personalization (such as the edition number printed on each LEGO set and a hand-signed COA), cancellations after the first 72 hours are not permitted.
Once the 72-hour window has passed, the manufacturing process will have begun, and your product will be crafted specifically for you.
As per German law (Section 312g of the German Civil Code – BGB), custom-made and personalized items are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
This means that after the initial 72-hour period, cancellations and returns are not possible, except in the case of a defect or if the product does not match the agreed-upon specifications.
If you receive a defective item, please Contact Us immediately, and we will offer a replacement or repair in accordance with your consumer rights.
